SVFS HS Batch 1994 mourns the loss of our valedictorian, classmate and dear friend,
Dr. Joseph Stephen Gayem Cuadras.

He passed away last Oct. 18, 2006 due to acute pancreatitis. Please pray for the repose of Joseph’s soul and the family he has left behind.

    Thanks Shayla. Appreciate it. Joseph was like a brother to us all his classmates. We spent 4 years together in the high school seminary. He was a good man and a good doctor.

    Dear Jet,

    It’s still is shocking to know that Joseph passed away. I asked my brother about it & he said it’s one of the silent arrythmias that might have caused his death. But eventhough how much I pondered on the reason why it happened, it will not bring him back, will it? But thank you for telling me about it & for keeping in touch through text. You just don’t know how it helps me cope up. It’s just recently (through you) that we were able to get in touch once again & now I lost him for good. It’s very, very sad. I still have the txt message he sent me & that’s the only thing that connects me with him. Do take care Jet. We both know he’s in a better place right now…but I sure do miss him.
